You can relax wonderfully in the warm pool next to the stone wall under the glass roof or in the hot water pool and by exercising with swimming or underwater cycling. In the cool fitness studio, you warm up from the inside by working on your stamina, strength and coordination. The saunas also offer relaxation: the Finnish sauna, the Soleum in the natural stone grotto and the Salina Vita log cabin steam sauna with infrared deep heat and the herbal steam log cabin sauna. The tough treat themselves to the obligatory cold shower after completing the Kneipp course outdoors. You should also have experienced and enjoyed the outdoor and indoor lounging areas and the Bamboo Bistro with its healthy treats.
