Where do you want to go?
Taking an interesting guided tour through the old town or exploring the city in a double-deck bus – there’s a lot to see in Osnabrück. Green city
Osnabrück is the only large German city that lies in a nature and geopark, the UNESCO Global Geopark Terra.vita. At Piesberg close to the city you may discover sequoias and fossils from prehistoric times – a special adventure, particularly for kids. The botanical gardens with the huge palm house in two former stone pits are definitely also worth visiting.

By train
Osnabrück main station is part of the railway network of the German Railways. ICE, IC, FLX, RE and RB regularly stop at the station. Take bus 81 or a taxi to get from the main station to the hotel.
By air
Münster/Osnabrück airport (FMO) is an approximately 30 minutes’ drive away. Alternatively, you may want to use a shuttle bus (line X15) of Stadtwerke Osnabrück to get to the airport. The bus stop Uni/OsnabrückHalle is 170 metres from the hotel.
By car
If you drive in the direction of Dortmund/Münster and Amsterdam/Rheine take the A30 in the direction of Osnabrück. Leave the A30 at the exit Osnabrück-Hellern/Mitte and, to reach you destination, continue for approx. 2.5 km in the direction of the city-centre. If you drive in the direction of Bremen, leave the A1 at the exit Osnabrück-Nord in the direction of Osnabrück. Turn right in the direction of the old town before the railway underpass, after approx. 2 km turn left onto the street Neuer Graben.
By bus
Take bus Bus 21 from the Central Omnibus Station at Osnabrück main station in the direction of Kreishaus/Zoo. Get off at the stop Uni/OsnabrückHalle, if you walk 50 metres in the direction out of town, you’ll find the hotel on the left side of the street.
